Hokkaido Ramen Santouka offers ramen which flavor we have carefully maintained since our founding and which can be enjoyed by everyone from children to the elderly.
We put time into our white broth, which we never re-boil for we value its delicious flavor and aroma.
Our shio ramen, which has a mild-flavored soup and is topped with a pickled plum, is popular among women. We are expanding directly managed and franchise restaurants throughout Japan and overseas.

Ramen Ezofukuro
The Ezo Fukurou specializes in miso (bean paste) and fire.
The luscious ramen is topped with sizzling vegetables fried with miso paste.
This is an authentic Sapporo Ramen taste with flavorful vegetables.
We recommend our traditional Miso ramen.

Menya Takejiro
This is a dipping- noodle and ramen store which insists on using house-made noodle using Hokkaido wheat.
The noodle made from the noodle-maker is luscious.
Our best dish is the thick chewy noodle served with rich dipping-soup.
